The fibre glass shell of the Mark I anti riot helmet has a flexible fire retardant gelcoat layer and a painted finish which resists fading.

Its lining is made from an impact absorbing polyurethane foam and is flame retardant.

The visor (which is made from shatterproof 3mm polycarbonate) is attached to an aluminium roller bar, which incorporates a strong rubber seal to prevent liquid ingress.

The Mark I is supplied with a flexible next guard which offeres protection against any impact to the back of the neck.

It is normally finished in Oxford Blue but can be supplied in a range of colours.
